To schedule an email in Gmail is a new
feature of Gmail, in April 2019, Google announced that Gmail would negatively
support email which is available in android phones and desktop.
Let’s
suppose, you write an email but did not want to send it immediately. So, before
this feature, you create an email draft and let them sit in my drafts folder of
Gmail, and wait for the right time to send them so they reach to my contacts’
inbox.
Here are a
few more reasons you might want to delay sending an email:

The
person you send email lives is a different zone.
·
You
are working on the late-night but you want to email to arrive in the morning.
Here are the solutions to schedule an email in Gmail:-
1) Add the Hub Spot Sales Google Chrome extension:-
Go to the chrome web store and click on the Add to chrome option. Now, you will be prompted to log in.
2) Open up Gmail:-
After you are logged in, now open up your Gmail inbox. Click on the Hub Spot option which is at the top right corner of the inbox. After that, click on the turn on option.
3) Connect your inbox:-
Click on the connect inbox option and follow the on-screen instructions. With the help of Hub Spot tools turned on, now, you are ready to start writing and scheduling emails.
4) Click on the compose option:-
Now, create a new email by click on the compose option. It will create a brand new email draft for you to work with it.
Next, fill all the email details: To, subject and content of the email.
5) Click on the clock icon:-
Click on the clock icon which is next to the send option. And select any one of the following options:

Tomorrow: - When you select this option, it will
allow you to send the email tomorrow. Click on the drop-down menu to select the
recipient’s preferable time zone.

Custom: - Select a specific date and time for
your email to send.

Best time to send: - Best time to send features is available with Enterprise or Sales hub
professionals only. This option provides you to suggest times to schedule your email so it will have a higher
likelihood of opens, clicks, and replies based on the recipient’s prior email
engagement.
6) Click on the Schedule option:-
Once you have selected the time to send your email, now click on the schedule option.
When the email is scheduled, it will appear in the scheduled mail folder.
When you open the folder, you will be brought a Scheduled email outbox where you can see all your scheduled emails. You can preview your email and also delete it from this page.
If the preview looks good to go, your email is all set to send out at
your desired time.
